Management Internships
Disney Theme Parks and Resorts Management Internships in Retail/Store Operations at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts offer participants an opportunity to add practical, real-world experience to their résumé from a world-renowned entertainment company. Students will advance their knowledge beyond the classroom and put learned theories into practice in an environment that only Disney can provide.

Management Interns in Retail could work at any of the hundreds of stores located across our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels and interact with cast and guests from all over the world, helping to create tangible memories our guests take home.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university as a Junior or Senior. They should have a strong desire to coach, mentor and develop front line cast members while gaining real-world leadership experience in the hospitality industry. Open to all majors.

Merchandising/Product Development

Disney Theme Parks and Resorts Professional Internships in Merchandise Buying/Product Development have the opportunity to sharpen their skills and learn day-to-day operational and technical functions of Product Development as it pertains to the development of product for retail sales. This may include assisting with the overall concept and determining the product strategy.
