Our Hotel/Lodging Operations cast members help create special memories for families from around the world. They provide efficient, friendly and personalized services that ensure our guests enjoy every part of their vacation. Their work helps fill every corner of our resort hotels with laughter, from the family-friendly suites to the themed swimming pools. There are many departments in Hotel/Lodging Operations including Bell Services, Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping and Recreation.

Suggested Majors: Hospitality, Recreation, Leisure Studies, Entertainment, Merchandising, Business, Events, Catering and Conventions.

Management Internships
Disney Theme Parks and Resorts Management Internships in Hotel Lodging Operations at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts offer participants an opportunity to add practical, real-world experience to their résumé from a world-renowned entertainment company. Students will advance their knowledge beyond the classroom and put learned theories into practice in an environment that only Disney can provide.

As a leader within the hospitality line of business, Management Interns could have the opportunity to lead resort cast members in their day to day role, in many roles including Front Desk or Housekeeping, Recreation while learning the inside operations of this competitive and rewarding business.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university as a Junior or Senior. They should have a strong desire to coach, mentor and develop front line cast members while gaining real-world leadership experience in the hospitality industry. Open to all majors.
