Our mission is to "Make Every Guest Feel Special" by creating magical memories and guest experiences. Our Food & Beverage and Culinary Management Interns orchestrate dining experiences throughout our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels, from dining with your favorite Disney Character to catering events.
Suggested Majors: Hospitality, Business, Culinary, Events, Catering and Conventions.
Food & Beverage Management Internships
Disney Theme Parks and Resorts Management Internships in Food & Beverage and Culinary at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts offer participants an opportunity to add practical, real-world experience to their résumé from a world-renowned entertainment company. Students will advance their knowledge beyond the classroom and put learned theories into practice in an environment that only Disney can provide. Internships are six months in length from January to June and June to January.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university as a Junior or Senior. They should have a strong desire to coach, mentor and develop front line cast members while gaining real-world leadership experience in the hospitality industry. Open to all majors.
Culinary Management Internships
By participating in Culinary Management Professional Internships, students have the opportunity to develop their professional skills while networking and learning from other chefs and professionals in the culinary field. Culinary Internships also offer the chance to sharpen skill sets as a leader, seek out new learning opportunities, network with leaders in the industry and provide priceless experience for your résumé.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university as a Junior, Senior or graduated with a Culinary degree within the past six months including two years of culinary experience. Candidates must be available for a minimum of six months to one year and have an understanding of financial aspects of an operation including the ability to create classical and cutting edge food presentations. They should also have a strong desire to coach, mentor and develop front line cast members while gaining real-world leadership experience.
