Disney Theme Park and Resorts Management Internships offer participants the opportunity to work in a professional setting while adding real-world experience to their résumé from a world-renowned entertainment company.
Juniors, Seniors or Graduate students may use this opportunity to advance theories learned in the classroom while leading cast members from around the world and providing world-class service, Management Internships offer the opportunity to cultivate leadership skills, while being an integral part of our world-class the operations.
Areas for Management Internships may include:
- Food & Beverage/Culinary - With many food and beverage locations in our Theme Parks and Resorts, our mission is to "Make Every Guest Feel Special" by creating magical memories and superb guest experiences. Our food and beverage managers orchestrate dining experiences around our Theme Parks and Resorts, from dining with your favorite Disney Character to catering events. Internships may be offered in:
- Food & Beverage
- Culinary
- Catering
- Hotel Lodging Operations - As a leader within the hospitality line of business, Management Interns could have the opportunity to lead resort cast members in their day to day role, in many roles including Front Desk or Housekeeping, Recreation while learning the inside operations of this competitive and rewarding business. Internships may be offered in:
- Lodging
- Park Operations - Our leaders in attractions, custodial, transportation, entertainment and main entrance operations provide quality guest service while leading a team of cast members in their area. Internships may be offered in:
- Park Operations
- Transportation
- Entertainment
- Recreation
- Retail/Store Operations - Management Interns in Retail could work at any of our stores located across our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels and interact with cast and guests from all over the world, helping to create tangible memories our guests take home. Internships may be offered in:

Requirements*
- Applicants must
- Be a minimum of Junior or Senior Level status, currently earning a college or university degree
- Demonstrate strong leadership, follow-through skills
- Have a strong desire to coach, mentor and develop front-line cast members
- Provide their own housing and reliable transportation
- Proven leadership and guest service experience is preferred
- Proven knowledge of line of business operation is preferred
- Majority of roles require prior experience in related lines of business
